Attenion is called three in the organizetion and teaching porgrem just outlined. (1) Ordinarily, one would not expect a teacher of history to teach psychlogy, nor an instretor in history to teach edueation; but one finds that combination at the North Carolina for Negroes. it would be more logieal, as well as paychological, to have Psyehology taught by the instruotor in Education, and thus give all the history to one teacher. (2) It observes the size of classes it will be noted that, for the most part, the classes whose emollment exceds 30 students are those subjects
