After Mose Stone's death she remained in the Stone homestead until her death in 1844. She remarried [[Pomeroy, William M.|William Martin Pomeroy]] in 1805 with whom she had 2 children. The Cemetery purchased the estate from the heirs of Moses Stone shortly after her death in 1844.
