Dear Sir

Will you please look at my [al..?] of Sept 27. 1869 and change the name of of Henry Powers to John Wilson and lot 838 to 1295. Roland Litchfield should have been charged with the interment today of John Wilson and not Henry Powers.

The suit of Mr Powers is charged to [Bu.. Smith?]
