Mt Auburn July 19th 1861.

Dear Sir, Yours of the 17th was received this morning; in reply, I have the entire care of about four⁴⁵⁰ hundred & fifty Lots; there is will^bedue in the fall about $2250, for their care, it may be so something more I cannot tell exactly, besides the above there are smaller sums due, perhaps to the value of $50-- or more. Any use that you can make of the above for the accomplishments of the object, I shall be glad to have you make.

I trust they will give me an answer tomorrow: I wish you would suggest to some of them an immediate answer
