Boston August 1 1864 The Committee to whom was referred the subject of the application of the Superintendant for an increase of Salary, have attended to their duty and after a careful [?] of all the circumstances, recommend that his salary be increased to Eighteen hundred dollars per annum, with the same perquisite he now has.
