Your favour of yesterdays date is at hand.

The bill you have paid Franklin Smith & Son agrees with our books. paid by them and there is no other bill. Mr Bunker is at present a Single man, and has recovered from his [wounds?] and is a first rate man as Gatekeeper. He has been offered $75 per month as Clerk of a Lumber Yard [Since here?] his family live in the neighborhood and consists of his parents and two other children the Father is a House Carpenter by trade and works
