Dear Sir

Will you kindly inform me in regard to the recording of deeds and sales of land in your cemetery, all lots sold in the Pittsfield cemetery are recorded in the county recording office, and the secretary says it is a state law and they are obliged to do so. I did not think it was done in Mt Auburn and if not, will you please tell me the reason and oblige

Yours Respectfully
