I have your estimate for perpetual care of lot 2611 = $875 or $500 with myrtle removed.

Please say if it is practicable to make the contract so that the myrtle shall remain upon the [first grass?] so long as I live and pay annually, or as often as need be, whatever is necessary to keep it in order. In case of my death or before -- if I so direct -- or if I fail to pay the amt required = the whole lot to be grassed over. The contract to be made to cover perpetual care with
