Dear Sir:--

In reply to your letter of the 14th. we will say that last year we notified you of failure to keep the agreements as to Lot 900 made by the Mount Auburn Corporation and insisted upon full compliance with said agreements.

We shall insist upon the same this year.

We refer you to our letter to the Trustees dated July 11, 1889.
