My Dear Sir I desire to acknowledge the receipt of your annual report for 1887, which I have read with great pleasure, and desire to congratulate you upon the great propsperity of your Cemetery, we have had lately some trouble with the Lotholders of Green-Mount, giving out of some new regulations thought necessary by the management for the good of the Cemetery, and the matter is now in our Courts, will you kindly send me a copy of your Charter, together with full copies of Rules under which you have had such results
