I received postal blank, a few weeks since, asking if I wished the Corporation to take care of Lot-4158 this year -- I have expected it would be needed once [eat..?] --

Steps are taken to that effect -- But I have asked, [verily? easily?], for any information that would answer my questioning of what [?] [?] that the care for which I pay will be given --

I deed the land -- [?] as receipt -- in any form for the [?] or for the money accopanying the Deed? Suppose I find the

care promised is not given -- What proof have I of your obligation? Must I look for it on the books of the Corporation --

I feel that so little is promised I ought to have something more than faith; to rely on for the fulfillment of the agreement --
