I intend to to have a vase placed in my lot #4636_ say like cut enclosed_ Will it need a foundation_ Who is it necessary to see_ Any information of any kind will oblige [?] W.P. Hill

Paid J.W,Lnot necessary - can have it if you wish. They some times settle when ground is soft, so as to tip. a granite post could be set or a foundation [?]
