Dear Sir
The land is low on one part of the enclosed marked 2147, 2148, & 2149. - so that the water stands there. I believe your foreman estimated that it would cost $30.-- (thirty dollars.) to raise this part properly & resod it.
If I am right, will you please have this work done, & send me the bill.
