Dear Sir:-

Your order for the care of lot #1865 and one half dozen
plants is received. I would call your attention to the fact that
there is a back bill in 1887 of $7.00 (seven dollars) for work
done on lot #1865. By a vote of the Trustees no work can be done
for proprietors whose accounts remain unpaid.
