Dear Sir

I send you plan of your lot
and a rough sketch of posts at entrance of lot 4217.

The figures in red indicate the comparative heights
of the various parts of the lot, avenue & path. The
grade of the inside of lot should be level when
finished and will look badly if more than
22 inches above the avenue.

I would call your attention to a regulation
made by the Trustees last summer that "no lot should
be enclosed by a curbstone on the avenue line, unless
the lot was separated from the border by a curbstone."

Mr Brooks' lot was made before the regulation went into
effect.

Whenever your stone is ready, should be glad to
set it for you. I have good men & can do everything
after the stone is delivered as well & as cheap as anybody
