Voted:

That Mr. Cha^s. W. Freeland is hereby authorised to erect a catacomb tomb above ground upon his lots N^os 699 & 700 in Mount Auburn Cemetery, after the plans submitted to this committee by his architect Mess Ware & Van Brunt; provided that the superintendent of the cemetery shall be allowed shuch supervision of the work as well enable him to certify upon its Completion that the construction and^^{drainage or} ventilation have been satisfactorily accomplished.
