The "Committee on Lots" to whom was referred the communication of the Secretary, respecting the Repair, Guarantee, and proposed Indigent Fund, ask have to Report that from the small number of proprietors who have thus far availed themselves of the opportunity t provide for the perpetual repair of their Lots, your Committee are of opinion, that the Proprietors generally, are not aware of the provision in the By Laws relating to the Guarntee fund, and until therefore suggest to the Trustees that the Secretary be authorised - by printed notice - to call their attention to it.

As regards the proposed Indigent fund your committee are of opinion that it is inexpedient for the Trustees to move in the matter at this time
