The Committee on Lots request leave to Report: That in accordance the the Bye Laws, they have twice during the past year, viz in the month of June, and October, examined the condition of the Lots which are under the supervision of the Corporation, and found them in better order than any previous year. The Corporation has now under its care (130) one hundred & thirty Lots. One hundred of which they Guarantee the perpetual Repair, and Thirty upon which they expend the interest upon sums deposited by Proprietors.
By the Treasurers account, the capital of the Guarantee Fund is 41.7 hu. Repair fund 1,325, together 48,085. add accumulated interest 13,00386 and we have 61,08886 as the present value of both accounts. Respectfy submitted
