In all future sales of lots, a space not less than 3 feet nor more than six feet in width, at the discretion of the Committee charged with this duty shall be reserved between the (side) fence limits of adjacent lots, unless otherwise ordered by the Committee Trustees
Land reserved or left vacant between lots,^and not exceeding ten feet in width, may be sold, if the committee set fit, to the holders of the adjacent lots in equal parts, or to one of the said holders if the other do not apply to purchase the same, at one third part of the price of such lots per foot, at the time of such sale;— upon the condition however, that such land shall for ever be kept open and unincumbered and shall not be used for interments; but one half of any such vacant space may be afterwards sold to each either of the coterminous proprietors, for the enlargement of his ^burial lot, at the selling price ^full price per foot of such lots at the time of sale deducting the amount already paid by him;— Provided, that if the Committee in any case refuse to make such sale of vacant land, the applicant may require the question to be submitted to the Trustees.
The space in front of every lot in the Cemetery between the same and the Avenue or Path on

which the lot may be bounded, and not exceeding six feet in width, shall be forever kept open and not interment shall be made in such space-
