1850s Trustee Committee, Vote to Amend By-Laws, 1831.026.019

Voted. That the report of the committee on By-Laws and Rules & Regulations ^{as amended} be accepted and that the ten articles recommended by said committee as By-Laws be adopted and recorded as the By-Laws of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn; and that all existing By-Laws and Rules and Regulations and parts thereof as may be inconsistent with the provisions of the said Articles be and the same are hereby repealed.

Voted. That the ^thirteen Articles recommended by the same ^committee as Rules and Regulations are hereby approved by the Corporation, and that the same be referred to the Board of Trustees for entry upon their Records.
