M^r O.Brien making complaint of ill-treatment & incivility on the part of the employees of the corporation & that he has been improperly interfered with & damaged in his business it is proper to inquire of him in regard to charges made against him -

1. Working on Lots for which he had no permit from the Corporation thus violating the rules of the Cemetery -

2. Intercepting orders intended for the Cemetery -

3. Employing men discharged by the Corporation for misconduct -

4. Intruding in the offices ^^{& grounds} of the company upon Pro[?] who were seeking information from the officers of the Company -

5. Violent & abusive conduct & language towards officers of the Cemetery -
