Dear Sir
The stock of brick, cement, slate, foundation stone and other supplies is about the same as usual, and is small.
During the year a number of lots have been wholly or partially prepared for sale and on these some material & labor has been expended from which no return has been received as yet nor will be until such lots are sold; I give you below the particulars.
