Mr. Lovering

Dear Sir, We do not feel satisfied with the care of the lot No. 10 owned by the heirs of Mr. Oliver Hastings.

The front beds seem neglected, and the shrubs need attention as they overhang the entrance to the lot.

me know how much is included in the care of a lot left "in perpetual care of the Corporation" - does it include keeping the edge stones and granite steps in proper order, as in this lot they require attention -
