I enclose postal for amount of care of lot, and also to keep same in [?]. Top dressing will be considered each year. The rate to be same as heretofore for the 4 lots. viz $18.⁰⁰

If you will have bills for the three lots 3735, 3825 & 3826 sent in future, by mail to A.N. Cork, 377 Washington St. and bill for 3736 only, to me, it will expedite the payments and much oblige.
