To the Trustees of "M^t Auburn Cemetery"

Dear Sirs,

I beg leave to call your attention to the "Pap^[rt?] House" at Mount Auburn.

It has not been painted since it was first built and now requires 2 coats of paint.

The cost of paints Oil &c will be about One Hundred Dollars We require no Outside painters, as we have two or 3 men in the "Grounds" that can paint under my supervision
