Dear Sir,

Yours came to hand this morng. Jones & Darling Tomb Stands on their own^^ground. Tomb is 15ft in the clear, & equally divided. bought the [2/1?] in order to have the Tomb 15 ft in the clear. The Curtis lots both want regrading & resodding. SB Carter Monument is badly cracked. Yet I think it would go 25 years without repairs. I will send Report of [Eckling's?] lot tomorrow. Its no use to Report on the Curtis lots, until they are put in order for the purpose of getting a Report
