Mount Auburn, February 13^th, 1866

Henry W. Fuller Esq

Dear Sir

The order for foundation 2x11 by 2x8 was ordered on the 27 [Sept?] by Joseph Carew and book signed by him

Mrs Parker says when they took the sod off to build it, they found the foundation built. and he marked on the Book "Finished some time since" but did not suggest.. how; or by whom built, and I had nothing but the Order Book to guide me on making out the bill. If you send this Note with the Bill to Mr. Bond, he will deduct $12⁰⁰ Erroneously charged on the Bill as above.
