Report of Finance Committee on settlement with late Treasr & transfer to present Treasr

The following as the Report of the
Committee of Finance, was read, accepted
and ordered to be recorded. _

"The Committee of Finance, who, by vote
of the Trustees on the last, were

'requested to audit the accounts of the [then]
present Treasurer
to the , and to de-
liver to his successor, upon receiving a satisfactory
bond, all books, papers, funds and other
property of this Corporation which may be in
his possession, giving and taking proper re-
ceipts therefor, and report to the Trustees'

ask leave to Report: _

That they have
examined the books of the late Treasurer, and
found that the receipts and payments of cash
were correctly cast, and satisfactorily vouched: _
that the balance of cash in his hands belonging
to the Corporation on general account was seventeen
hundred eighty four and 51/100 dollars ($1784.51) and,
under the Repair Fund, twenty eight hundred and
forty and 43/100 dollars, ($2,840.43): _

The Committee also examined the evidences of
property of the Corporation and found that the same
exhibits as belonging to the Corporation on general account,
forty seven thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars,
($47,950.00) and, under the Repair Fund, forty two
thousand four hundred seventy two and 50/100 dollars, ($42,472.50),
