Voted that the report of this committee be
accepted and adopted. _

Report on Story Lot Fund _ & Story Statue Fund _

Mr Bowditch for the Committee on Lots pre-
sented the report of the Committee upon the subject of
the vote adopted at the February meeting relating to
the fund for the care of the Story Lot, and the balance
of the fund in the hands of the Treasurer for the Story
Statue. _

The report was accepted, and the following
vote was adopted: _

Rep^t on Story Statue Fund recommitted _

"That so much of the subject of
the Committee's Report as relates to the balance of the
Story fund be recommitted, with authority to obtain
the consent of the living subscribers of that fund for
the disposition of said balance." _

Resolutions in favor of duties of Sec.y & Treas^r being done at one office _

Mr Bowditch presented the following resolutions
which were unanimously adopted: _

"That it is the opinion of this Board that the
convenience of the Corporation and the Proprietors of lots
in the Cemetery requires that the duties of the Secretary
and Treasurer should be performed at the same office,
and that the rooms hired by the Trustees on lease furnish
the most desirable location."

"That a Committee be chosen to confer with
the Treasurer, and report to the Trustees upon the subject
of the foregoing resolution."
