About 26 or 27/11/15 crossed
Equator. Very hot indeed.
Sports , Carnival tc on board
to celebrate crossing the
line. Fernandey Jew.
Robuck etc From Equator to
Cape Guardafini nothing to see except
that weather was warm.
On morning of Wednesday
the 1st Dec. at 6 a.m. amongst
the clouds on the Horizon
we could distinguish the
dim outline of the coast
around Cape Guardafini
along the N. E. coast of Africa.
The Cape is a very steep
rugged precipice much more
weird looking than North Head.
I should say it is much
higher From this steep
headland a high mountain.
