Salad dressing
½ cup sour cream
or milk
1 egg
salt
pepper
chopped parsley
vinegar to taste
onion juice if desired
salt spoon sugar
salt spoon cornstarch
Mix well & continue
beating while on
the stove until it
thickens - then add
small piece of butter

Very nice for potato
