Friday 26 no supper last
night for Breakfast slice
of bread meat and water
Doct and chaplains
go in a mess Millroy Mess
cant buy any thing the
smell of the water closet the
sink and many pipes
makes it unpleasant chaplain
Ambler and I had prayr Col
Straights loaned me a Blanket
sleep on the floor while
in prison. Saterday 27
cold & cough bread and
meat My coffee for Breakfast
enjoyed it very much
Bro Mclaigh led in prayr this
morning Bro Harry led
in prayr this evening it was
proposed that I should
sign my cavalry (__) short
rations great complaining
officers interested in the
religious exercises
Sunday 28 cloudy and
rainy for the last few days
am in good health for which
I feal thankfull Bro Brady
