March
Sunday 8 two months
to day since I left home
last had Sabeth School
this morning lecture the
boys plainly about profanity
conversed with them on
the Subject of Religion
went to Bollivar in the
afternoon terrible traveling
muddy muddy I never saw
any thing like it Captain tibly
preached had pray meeting
at night in Lieu Grant
quarters much crowded
one at the alter

Monday 9 this morning pleasant
am in my quarters nearly
all day have a bad cold
was not at meeting to night
but learned they have a
good time Some stir in
the Reg to day but can not
tell what it is
