Untranscribed 1862

Monday 9th this morning very
warm and pleasant took leave
of Col Howard at the platform
of the Cars he has left the Reg
for home Lt Col Horn is in
command meet the chaplain
at the Provost Marshall office
Spent some time with the
quarter master am in good
health

Tuesday 10 this morning very
warm and pleasant had an
interview with General Kenley
he is a pleasant man Saw
General Kelly for the first time
at the Rail road meet with
the chaplain E.G. Ambler of
the 67 Pa Vol he appears like
a pleasant man walked
around to day for exercise
in my quarter to night
wrighting am in good health
for which I feel thankfull
