Thee Garden Club met on Tuesday morning
September the twenty-second with the
new president Mrs. [Sirlaff?] presiding.

The roll call showed sixteen members
present.

The minutes of the last meeting were
read & approved.

The treasurer reported a balance on
hand of $86.87.

Mrs. [G?]. F. Tomlinson, chairman
of the programme committee
submitted an outline of the programme
for the Club year. The club voted to
leave the selection and preparation
of the Year Book to the discretion
of the programme committee. It
was decided however that the Year
Book should not be printed [& ?] [illegible]
[should be?[ [mutigraphic?], [this?]
curtailing a part of the expense of the
Books.

The programme committee asked
that suggestions from the Club members
for some form of civic improvement
that might be undertaken by the Club
be [presented?] the Committee.
