We, the undersigned citizens of the third ward, earnestly
protest against the location or maintenance of houses of prostitution
in any portion of the resident district of the Third Ward, designating
the said resident district as all that part of the ward lying east of
Trans-Continental Division of the T. & P., and North of T. & P. main lines.
