Dear Sirs:-

Attached hereto find counter proposition we beg to submit to
you in the matter of preparation for care smallpox, and in our judgment
this proposition is fair and just under the circumstances.

We respectfully ask that you refer to Sections 98,99,100,
104 and 105 of Chapter VIII, Charter City of Fort Worth.

We are glad to note that the City of Dallas and Dallas
County have entered into an agreement by which they pay equally for
buildings to be put on County Land, as well as share on pesthouse expense.

We ask an early consideration of this matter at your hands,
as there are now five patients in the County Pesthouse,allfrom Ft.
Worth, and the cool weather is coming on.
