A good day. Ben loaded the waggon this morning ready for market in the morning. The men will stay at the barns to night

Josie helped to load the waggon. I got most of the dinner. We looked for [ink stain] Mollie and Julia all the evening. They did not come. Julia come a bout sundown. She got a few snaps and some butter. Paul carried her home. To night Lizzie + Alma and Earl come to Johnsons. Paul carried Mary and I up there. We staid until ten oclock have just got home.

A good day. Ben and Paul fired tobacco all day and will stay at it all night. Paul has got to haul a load of wood to night.

Mr Owen and Henry went to Gretna with primings to day. They solde well.

Josie made a cake to day and got dinner. She went to Marvins a few minutes this evening. I picked a few beans this evening.

Cordie and Nettie Blair come over here this evening.

I did not see them. I was at the bean patch.

A good day. Just at night we had thunder cloud and a little rain. The men folks cut tobacco. Mr Dews and the boys helped them this evening. Josie staid at home and got dinner. Marvin Smith carried Gladys Brumfield and I to Mr Jessie Worshams mill pond. I caught one nice fish. We had it cooked it for supper.

Ben and Paul will stay at the barns tonight. I got a letter from Lottie Craddock this evening.

A rainy day. Ben and Owen fired tobacco all day. Josie had a hurting in her back and was not able to work this morning. Was some better off this evening and made some sweetmeats and pickle.

I got dinner and then went to see Carrie a while.

I am so sorry for Ben tonight. It is raining so hard and he is at the barn.

A good day. Ben and Owen fired tobacco all day and will stay with it tonight.

Ben has gone to Strait Stone tonight to the Lodge.

Josie ironed this morning.

This evening I went to see Mollie. She was washing her floors up stairs.

Carrie went to preaching this evening. Kate Harvey staid with the little children while she was gone.

Marvin carried Kate home and I come with him back. I was glad of the ride.
