I herewith transmit my annual Report as Treasurer of the Natchz State Hospital, also a full and correct account of all monies received and expended from the Organization of the Institution, up to the close, commencing in August 1870 and closing May 20^th 1873.

Schedule "A" contains a complete List of all Warrants issued and paid from August 1870 up to May 20^th 1873 the time of closing the Institution.

Schedule "B." contains the Balance Sheets for each year there is a [unclear] outstanding indebted-ness, Warrants N^o. 567, 609, 615, 665, 653 and counting in the aggregate to the Sum of Five hundred and three and 11/100 Dollars.

I would most respectfully request that your Excellency would recommend to the Legislature the passage of a Bill for the cancelling of this outstanding Debt.
