My dear uncle:

Fifty years to day thou didst accept
the call "Go ye and preach the gospel
to every creature" Eternity alone will
reveal the result.

What a happy though of half a
Century spent in proclaiming the
love of Jesus Christ Our Savior,
and of the many tenderly led to
the foot of the Cross. It's a rich
experience that few have been
permitted to realize. There have
been valleys of humiliation - hills
of difficulties to pass through,
but out of it all the highest blessing
is attained. An now at an
advanced age, bright, joyous,
yea yoathfully doing the Masters
