Saturday, November 4, 1922

A good day cloudy part
of the day. Jim stripped
tobacco this morning. Nellie tied.
Ben & Henry went to Kates
and got some tobacco and
put it in the pit. Jim come
but would not stay and eat
dinner. Thsi evening Ben
carried Betty part of the
way home. I went as far
as Cedar Forest. I fished
some. Caught three small
fish. Mr Power sent
Josie some birds ready
to cook. I am glad of
them to give her. Fanny
Power has gone to Mrs Grave..
to night. Mr Orval Gravely[?]
come for her.
