Friday, October 13, 1922

A good day. Jim & Ben
stripped tobacco at the
barn in the woods until
dinner. Then Ben carried
Mabel and I to White
Falls. I caught 8 fish.
When we got home the
col girl wanted to go home.
He carried her home.
Nellie preserved & caned
some pears today and
gathered green tomatoes
to make pickle. Bettie
ironed most of the day.
Josie had bin [pent?] of day.
Jo Edmons & Henry
has gone hunting to
night. Jim & Ben has gone
to the barn to strip tobacco.
