Monday, March 6, 1922

A beautiful day. Ben went
to Gretna. Carried some eggs
& chicken and butter.
Bought ship stuff & brand
for the cows. Sugar & molasses
for the folks. Jim come home
from Chatham. He brought
sallit. We are glad to get
it. Mrs Car come today. We
was glad to see her.
I went to George Blairs.
Dena and I worked on her
quilt. It will be very pretty
when she finishes it. Denia
and Cordie were coming to
see us if I had not went
there. Hope they will come
soon. Denia & Isla had washed
this morning.
