Sunday, May 16, 1920

A beautiful day.
Cool for May. There was
frost this morning.
We all staid at home
except Henry. He went
over to Renan with Reed
Smith. Marvin and Ben
and Jim rambled
a round most of
the day. Carrie come
a few minutes with
the little girls. Paul
and Roy played with
Edna and Franklin all
the evening. I wrote
John a letter today.
There has bin lots of
passing here today.
9 oclock
We had our first fried chicken
to day.
