I have been expecting an answer from you every since you left concerning whay I said to you about buying the Nunn place, You told me that I might have it for whay you gave for it [illegible] all the reply thay you made I undertand tht there are $270 acres of it
if you will sell pleas Let me know what you will take for it and what terms. you know that you have sold some of it to Mr. Harrison I don't know that

much. I would like to buy it you know when you bought the place there was good stables and cribs also a good dwelling House they all have [illegible] down now one of the chimsyes has fell down all the up Land is in Hills and Gullies the Battams is all that is and you know the condit ion of the Battams.
You know the Lands that you bought from Mr. Kent Last I also want with the Nunn place. you remem ber I guess that you sold some of that to Dr. Kent
My reason for writing to you is that Mr. Ark wants me
to by his place that ajoins my Land on the right hand side of the Road before you get to the Craff Kent place. He says that one are $270 Acres of it I want to get me one of these places but I would much rather have the Nunn place if you will sell. I want it because it Joins on the Craff Kent place in is better shape than the Ark place there is only the Branch that Devides the Nunn place from the Kent place. I am afraid if any body else buys the place it will cause me some trouble. If you sell I hope

that you will sell at a reasonable price if we can agree I think I could pay you as much as five hundred dolers $5 Hundred Cash.
Nothing more hopeing to here from you soon all are well except Dora she im proves verry slow and has been passing here ever.
Since you left until this week we are having pretty weather now. I am very Busy indeed Halling up my corn. Mr. O'Nel is very well indeed. All on the Lot send Love to you. Hoping to here from you soon
