The Church in Conference granted brother Berry
Horton liberty to exercise his gifts in prayer and
Exortation. Ordered that Frank a Brother of Colour
belonging to Jas. Hinton be cited to attend our next
Conference, brother Johnson Britt nominated to cite
him to attend. Ordered likewise that Jeffrey a brother
of Colour be silenced from the exercise of any gift, ex-
-cept prayer + Exortation.
