The case of Sister Baccus taken up [crossed out: and examined]
and the Church [crossed out: being] finding the charges to be correct
and discovering no marks of repentance, excommunicate
the sd. Sister from the Church.
August Meeting 1820
Recd. by experience + Baptized Clary Bagwell, +
Elizabeth Rhodes. Brother Gay came forward
and made acknowledgements for his misconduct brother
[blank] to enquite into the conduct of brother since
he has been expelled from the Church and report at our
next meeting. Brother Purifoy nominated to cite
brother Joseph Shaw to attend our next meeting.

Rice for swearing, brother [inserted superscript] Strictland [end superscript] to see her, and for her to attend
our next Meeting; also a charge brought against Clary
for getting Drunk, by brother Duke Strictland. Brother
