December the 7th 1810 This Church has in Conference Excluded all Preachers from Preaching in Our Stage that is not of our faith and order, and all other preachers that comes not well Recommended from the Church to which they belong ----
March Meeting, 1810, The Church of Christ at Hephzibah in Conference this day chose three of our members for Certain Cases 'Viz' William Broadwell Lott Robertson and Henry Jordan As we Believe that some of our members are unlearned and weak in the schripture Therefore they are desired, when the get wounded With any of the Brethren they are to keep silence till they see one or two of the above mentioned Brethren and make the case known to them in private
