(38) may the 31 - 1777 the brethern being meet at Deep Creek acording to a pointment proceed on bisness in the first place upon a pitision from the warrant in order for a Constilution not granted but rather admonished by letter John Irvine to rite - it was further a greed that a day should be a pointed for Mr Cook to have a hearing Next Wensday apointed to meet at the Constitution.

Geo Hudgpeth Clark - - - - A Petition from the Branch of this Church at ye Mulbery fields G Craving the Liberty to be Con= =stitudid & helps to be Sent. for that purpoe being granted laid before ye Church. is Granted
