Constitution of the Women's Mission Society of Eatons Baptist Church,

Preamble, Grateful for the social and intellectual elevation of woman, the result of Christianity and above all for the hope of salvation it inspires; impressed with the importance of carrying to the h[omes??] and hearts of our oppressed and degraded sisters in other lands, and also to those in our own land, that gospel which has done so much for us, and desiring to promote by our gifts and prayers the accomplishment of this end, we, the women of Eatons Baptist Church, have associated ourselves together, and agree to be governed by the following Constitutions.

Section 1. This Society shall be called the Women's Mission to Women Society of Eaton Baptist Church.

Sec. 2. Its object shall be the support of the cause of Foreign Missions, as prosecuted by the Southern Baptist Convention and especially the support of the female Missionaries of that Convention.
